With the fast development of Chinese volunteers,the development of volunteers in Shenzhen walk in the forefront of our country,Shenzhen is committed to build the love city,promote the development of the volunteer team at the same time,focus on promoting social plus volunteers "linkage of social worker and volunteer"model of development,the integration of social workers,two volunteer service resources and cultivate a professional social workers led by national volunteer team.This study conducted a practical exploration of Shenzhen's "linkage of social worker and volunteer" model under the guidance of the Empowerment theory.Through the involvement of social workers,it promoted the improvement of volunteer services and the growth of volunteer capabilities.This paper is based on the volunteers in the L community in Shenzhen.It uses surveys and interviews to understand the basic characteristics and needs of L community volunteers.Through the development of professional knowledge training courses and organizational volunteer training groups to understand the involvement of social workers in the empowerment of volunteers.Through the research,it has been found that the characteristics of L community volunteers are as follows:1.The composition of volunteer groups is mainly middle-aged women from a gender perspective,and from a professional point of view,workers are the majority,and the level of education of volunteer groups is low,and Mainly from outside the population;2.From the volunteer service time point of view,the volunteer service is subject to time constraints,the activity time is mostly weekend;3.From the nature of the services provided by volunteers,volunteers provide a lower level of service,mostly for assistance Sex work.The needs of volunteers in the community are mainly reflected in the acquisition of basic knowledge of volunteers,the improvement of communication skills and service skills in the service process,the ability to independently plan and develop activities,and the promotion of service motivation.In addition,the community needs to cultivate a Grant volunteer leaders to lead the development of the L community volunteer team.The social workers conducted four training courses and a training and development team for volunteers' training needs.They achieved a certain degree of empowerment on the individual level,interpersonal relationship level,and social participation level of volunteers.At the individual level,through targeted systematic learning,some volunteers have increased their mastery of basic knowledge of volunteers,improved personal service skills and increased confidence.Volunteers have independently planned and launched two activities;at the interpersonal level,social workers The group activities carried out provide an interactive platform for volunteers to promote exchanges and interactions between volunteers.From the aspect of social participation,through training courses,volunteers have improved their ability to plan independently,and they can plan and carry out their own activities.Good participation in volunteering.In summary,social workers use the theory of empowerment to intervene in volunteers,and explore the linkage of social worker and volunteer.Through the intervention of social workers,they promote the improvement of volunteer services and the growth of volunteers' abilities.However,the involvement of social workers has certain deficiencies in the social participation level of volunteers.In the subsequent voluntary service process,social workers should focus on increasing the volunteers' participation in social participation,and strive for social resources for volunteers to promote the continued service of volunteers.
