Athletics traditional teaching on the skill requirements are relatively high, while the teaching or the use of relatively simple way of teaching, the school is now implementing a self-selecting classes, athletics courses in vocational colleges getting marginalized. How to Teach in Higher Vocational College athletics program has been a problem in sports workers to discuss and study. In this study, literature, questionnaires, case analysis, mathematical statistics, interviews, teaching experiment, logical analysis method to choose the 2014 four classes from Fujian Shipping Vocational College as an experiment. Mastering the full data on the basis of the experimental classes and control classes by comparing before and after the experiment, the results show that:the introduction of fun athletics can improve students’ physical education in vocational colleges in public sports. By comparing before and after the teaching experiment, experiment, the students have significant differences on a 50-meter run and standing long jump. Kids Athletics at improving students’ physical education than traditional teaching methods to promote stronger. Track and Field Teaching Teaching can be fun to use better stimulate students’ interest in learning, affective goals for student learning, understanding goals, objectives and action sports community has a very good goal to improve the role, so that students experience in track and field in PE the fun obviously superior to the traditional track and field teaching. Propose the following based on this:Fun Athletics to form a complete set of teaching. Change the evaluation method, according to the usual performance and achievements of students to objectively evaluate progress. Instructional design should be closely connected with the teaching content. Vocational college physical education teachers more for communication.
