"Burnout sports volunteers with disabilities" is object of study; we use comprehensive analysis to study the current situation and the development of burnout of disabled sports volunteer by means of the use of literature, investigation, logical analysis and mathematical statistics method. In the meantime, we follow the research strategy of "Theory-Analysis-A Case Study", and we show burnout is a starting point to analyze sports volunteers with disabilities that may exist in the volunteer service of psychological problems. Then we summarized psychological recurring Disabled Sports Volunteer problems are:complain, frustration, low self-esteem and so on. In addition, we discussed relation between working atmosphere, job satisfaction and burnout of sports volunteers with disabilities. On this basis, Bridge Handicap service team of Fujian Normal University is the example to exploring the possibility of improving the burnout. At to make sure that people with disabilities Sports Volunteer mental Health to provide reasonable countermeasures.Through research and analysis, we found that people with disabilities in sports volunteer service process will suffer from psychological exhaustion. And burnout of disabled sports volunteer was negatively correlated with work environment and job satisfaction, In order to better development of disabled sports volunteer services, We put forward some kind of strategies to help disabled sports volunteer to improve their own problem, In the meantime, the paper emphasis on the communication between the team leaders and volunteers, and truly provide good work condition to these volunteers, then making volunteers with a positive attitude to disabled athletes services contribute to a force.
