The Research Of Ideological And Political Education Present Situation And Countermeasure Of Medical Interns In Medical Colleges And Universities

Clinical practice is an important part for Medical colleges and Universities. It is also a pivotal period for Traditional Chinese Medicine college students to apply and consolidate their professional knowledge, improve their operational ability, test from theoretical study to the practice during the internship. In the background of the deepening reform of TCM, it is an inevitable aspect in the field of ideological and political education study on how to take effective measures to strengthen the ideological and political education of medical interns according to their characteristics, so as to continuously promote the all-round development of the health cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics.In this paper, guided by Marxist theory, the author synthetically uses ideological and political education, medical ethics, health law and other related disciplines theory, applies the method of investigation and literature research, analyzes the present situation of medical students’ideological and political education, and puts forward several countermeasures to strengthen the ideological and political education. The whole paper is divided into five parts:The first part is overview. It mainly elaborates the research background, significance, and the recent situation of medical interns’ideological and political education in Medical colleges and Universities. This makes foundation and paves the way for the whole research.It is the main content of this paper from the second to the fifth part. The second part analyzes the important significance of strengthening the education of ideological and political education of the medical interns. That is the government attaches great importance to ideological and political education. It has special important meaning for medical students’ ideological and political education, and it is also has particularity for strengthening medical interns’ideological and political education.By applying qualitative and quantitative analysis, the third part investigates the present situation of medical interns’ideological and political education. It both affirms the achievements, and also focuses on existing deficiencies. This lays the foundation for developing scientific and rational practice for medical interns’ideological and political education.The forth part is the analysis of reasons. It analyzes the problems of the medical interns’ideological and political education from objective and subjective aspects. Objectively, it relates to the common problems existing in the current society. Subjectively, it has relations with the perception to the ideological and political education by teachers and medical interns. By analyzing the existing deficiency and reasons of the ideological and political education, this paper provides basis for targeted measures.The fifth part is countermeasures research. Based on the main existing problems in the medical interns’ideological and political education, this part puts forward specific improvements and implementation measures form six aspects:establishing internship ideological and political education teaching system, strengthening ideological mobilization before internship, clearing the responsibility of teachers and improving teaching methods, strengthening educational environment. This can ensure the ideological and political education of medical interns into effect.
