Research On The Second Class Construction Of Ideological And Political Education In Medical Colleges

Medical colleges shoulder the responsibility of qualified builders and reliable successors in cultivating health care for the society.The work of ideological and political education is of great significance.However,due to the length of the medical school,the number of courses,and the pressure of professional learning,the time and space for ideological and political classroom education is limited.Educational achievements are limited.In recent years,medical colleges have paid more and more attention to ideological and political education.In addition to the ideological and political classroom teaching,the second classroom activities of ideological and political education have also been carried out,which has played a certain positive role.But generally speaking,whether it is construction or system security emphasis,propaganda,system,building a second class of ideological and political education medical schools still need to be further strengthened.First of all,based on the previous studies,this paper analyzes the content,characteristics and significance of the second classroom of ideological and political education in medical colleges.Secondly,through questionnaires and structured interviews,on the one hand,it presents the status quo and problems of the second classroom construction of ideological and political education in medical colleges.On the other hand,based on the analysis of the results of the survey data,combined with interview expert opinions and self-thinking,explores the reasons behind it,such as 1insufficient attention,lack of innovative incentives,lack of top-level design,lack of coordination among functional departments,and inadequate use of social resources.Finally,based on the Marxist epistemology and practice view,the theory of knowing and doing,and the theory of system theory,through the five levels of the state,school,functional department,teachers and students,the second class of ideological and political theory in medical colleges is proposed.Specific measures for construction include the following recommendations: the country establishes a platform for organization,promotion and support;the school conducts top-level design,actively promotes and comprehensively manages;the college and various functional departments coordinate supervision and support research;encourages teacher organizations;motivates students to participate,etc.It is expected to provide new ideas for the second classroom construction of ideological and political education in medical colleges and general colleges in China.
