Exercises are the important part of chemical textbooks, which have their special functions. And scientific methods are the means and tools of gaining scientific knowledge. In the new curriculum standards and syllabus requirements in Fujian Province, for the full development of the students and the requirements of life-long teaching, to improve the teachers’ teaching efficiency, the writer puts forward the research that mixes scientific methods with the establishment of chemical exercises in the middle school chemical teaching practice.The main contents of the research contain three points. First, the analysis of the scientific methods thoroughly to improve-learning abilities; Second, count and analyse the distributions of the scientific methods in the exercises of textbook of Jiangsu Chemical I, and point out their advantages and disadvantages; Third, re-establish aset of exercises in textbook units with scientific methods, apply this method to the chemical teaching practice in senior one of No.3 Middle School of Nanan, Fujian, and reflect what the problems are during research and the following study direction.During the research, I use literature reading method, questionnaire, action research and use SPSS and Excel software to deal with some relative datas and so on.It is of great help to escape the trouble of "Sea tacticals", improve teaching efficiency, reduce the students’ learning burden, and it is also helpful to cultivate the students’ life-long learning abilities, meanwhile malces some contributions for the application of quality education.
