| CBA(Chinese Basketball Association), as the top professional basketball league in China, its mission is about training high level athletes for China from the association’s formation and establishment. With the development of basketball and the advance of marketization in the world, the cultivation and export of athletes is not only a state action. On the basis of the world’s highly marketization, the importance of professional basketball associations are much crucial in fostering high level basketball athletes. With the rapid development of economy, the opening of marketization brings large capital and the Chinese basketball has already entered into the stage of professionalization. Although we already have great advance, the problem of shortage of Chinese excellent basketball athletes are gradually revealed, as the retirement of Ba T, Wang Z Z, Yao M and the Chinese basketball team’s poor performance in the world competition. This article will mainly focus on the research and discuss of club to explore the training system of athletes. In contrast with NBA, which is the greatest club that can behalf the world’s highest level of basketball, and use the literature method, expert interview method, field investigation method and mathematical analysis to analyze the training system of athletes in CBA. |
