Study On The Operation Mechanism Of Wuhan Tianyi Basketball Club

Under the constant changes of China's politics and economic system,especially the introduction of relevant laws and regulations to support sports non-profit organizations,it has changed the problems in the social supply between the market and the government,and promoted the sports non-profit organizations in both.Play a significant role.It has achieved the effect of promoting the stable development of society and maintaining the harmonious coexistence of individuals in society,and ultimately can achieve the ultimate goal of fitness for all.However,at present,the operating system of sports non-profit organizations still has many shortcomings.For example,the organization's regulations and regulations are not perfect,the organization's own development ability is insufficient,the organization's own supervision mechanism is flawed,and the problem of relying too much on the government to assist development is more obvious.Wuhan Tianyi Basketball Club is also a non-profit organization of non-governmental sports.Its development is at the leading level in the same industry.This study selected Wuhan Tianyi Basketball Club as a specific case object,and conducted research and analysis on its daily operation.To solve the existing problems,we can provide reference for other organizations of the same type.Based on the research results of many scholars at home and abroad,this study selects scientific and reasonable research methods,summarizes and analyzes the development and theoretical research status of sports non-profit organizations at home and abroad,and builds on the basis of Wuhan Tianyi Basketball Club.The research analyzed the organizational structure,management mode,supervision mode and funding situation involved in the operation of the organization.Through the case analysis of Wuhan Tianyi Basketball Club,it is concluded that the main problems faced by Wuhan Tianyi Basketball Club are: the low awareness of sports non-profit organizations in society and the operating environment in which sports non-profit organizations are located.Poor,organizational structure is short,and operating funds are not stable enough.At the same time,it also summarizes the advantages of the club in the development process,including: accumulating a profound basketball culture,fostering an open organizational culture,building a good system and mechanism,and forming an influential team.
