Research On The Core Competitivenesscultivation Of Shandong Provincial Gymnastics Team

Gymnastic eventsis an important part of Chinese Competitive Sports. It is not only our advantageous eventsbut dominant events of fighting formetals in international competitions.Chinese gymnastic team has already ranked among the gymnastic gaint teams, their training level and competition performance are witnessed by the world.Taking a wide view of recent gymnastic competitions, it is obviously to see the growing of our national gymnastic team. We can see our gymnasts represented Chinese sports strength to the whole world wherever in world gymnastics championship or The Youth Olympic Games. Shandong provincial gymnastic team, as the middle part between the national team and other city teams in Shandong, not only plays a pivotal role for finding, absorbing and cultivating talent gymnasts, but introducing outstanding gymnasts to national team. This is both Shandong gymnastic team’s responsibility and obligation. Therefore, We should have a long-term vision for the development of our provincial team gymnastics team, and enhance our competitive.By using methods of literature, questionnaire survey, interview, mathematical statistics, this research analyzed Shandong gymnastics team through surveys on managers, coaches and athletes of Shandong gymnastics training center, including the concept of core competitiveness, characteristics, essential elements and training measures. Conclusions as followed:(1) The high value, the uniqueness, the time of the stability and the dynamic coexistence of the dual nature of the dual, superimposed integration are core competences of Shandong gymnastics team.(2)The essential elements of Shandong gymnastics team are complicated.From the resource level,factors of the core competitiveness of Shandong gymnastics team are divided into two aspects: the dominant factor(human resources, material resources) and the recessive factor(intangible resources). Human resources contains good coaches, outstanding gymnasts, excellent judges and reserve talents. Training funds, facilities, scientific research funds, medical supervision consist of material resources. Intangible resources includes training funds, facilities, scientific research funds and medical supervision.(3)The core competitiveness of Shandpng province’s gymnastics team as a whole is stronger, while we still have a gap in the perspective of the children’s gymnastics compared to other provinces.In the way of performance athletes and the reserve players, it is uneven for our province’s internal athletes in the region distribution.
