With the social and economic development, the contribution of science and technologyon the domestic economy is also growing. In addition, because the academic direction ofrefinement and the emergence of the interdisciplinary research work on teamwork has greatlyimproved. In order to meet the requirements of the development of science and technology ofthe era of knowledge economy, this article attempts by evaluation of the core competitivenessof university disciplinary team and the use of empirical analysis to verify the effectiveness ofthe competitive evaluation model build. The main content is as follows:An overview of theories of team and academic team combed through the constituentelements of the core competitiveness of enterprises, public perspective. On this basis, thedefinition and description of the core competitiveness of the disciplinary team, providetheoretical support for the follow-up study.
