Background:In order to more deeply learned the repeated movement of micro damage of sk eletal muscle after intensive physiological mechanism. Analysis the mitochondria in "r epeat movement" of the adaptive function of active adaptation recovery, that in the large eccentric exercise intensity and repeated movement in the process of rec-over, To provide the theoretical support for the further study of micro damage of sk-eletal muscle in the presence of the "energy crisis" and recovery mechanisms.Method:By choosing 8 weeks of 72 healthy male Wistar rats for research materials, We re randomly divided into normal control group(CON, N=6), A centrifugal movemen t group(group A, N = 30, 6/group), the repeated eccentric exercise group(group B, N = 30, 6/group), 6 6 as the standby. Conventional breeding a week, A week afte r the ani-mal electric treadmill as training equipment.(Groups of rats were not done adaptability training, an-d without any movement to stimulate intervention). A centrif ugal movement group and repeated eccentric exercise group in conventional breeding after a week With the speed of 25 m/min, the slope- 16 degrees, downhill for ru nning training.and Every 30 min 5 min rest, exercise the total time for 1 hour. The Repeat exercise group was conducted in the week after the second great intensity t readmill training(Tot-al movement twice). The training intensity with intensive traini ng is the same for the first time, and Control group without any exercise interventi on stimulation, By this way that established the skeletal muscle damage model. A b ig strength after eccentric exercise group in movement 0 h, 1 d and 2 d, 3 d, 7 d after cervical dislocation put to death, and Take the gastrocnemius Adopting a spect rophotometric method for the determination of activity units of phytase,to Measuredthe activity for the complex Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ that on the Mitochondrial electron transport chain enzymes, repeated movement group taking the second great strength after a week. And in motion after 0 h, 1 d and 2 d, 3 d, 7 d sampling.to measured the a ctivity for the complex Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ as A big strength after eccentric exercise group. Control group, an eccentric exercise group, repetitive motion using single factor anal ysis of variance between different time sequence.Result:1、 Group A after A CON Group in movement 0h, 1d and 2d the enzyme complexⅠ has obvious rise, Group B after repeated movement points at the sam-e ti me also on the rise, But the activity of Group B was lower than that in group A. The complexⅠ enzyme activity of Group A in the 3-7d showed A trend of recover y Than the CON group. Group B recovery speed is superior to Group A.2、Group A of enzymes complex Ⅱ instantly CON group significantly increase-d after the movement, After 1-2d, enzyme activity decreased significantly,Withi-n 3-7d is on the rise again; Group B enzyme complex Ⅱ gradually rising in the 0h-2d, 3-7d significant decline,The Significantly lower than that of Group A and at the same time.3、A、B two groups of complex Ⅲ within 0h-2d gradually rise and quiet signi ficant higher than control group(CON group), Then gradually decline to normal lev els; A and B did not find significant differences between two Groups.Conclusion:1、In A, and B groups, large strength eccentric exercise induced mitochondrial enzyme complex Ⅰ had a marked increase in the activity at the time of in 0-48h;T he activity of Enzyme complex Ⅱ at 0-48 h was significantly suppr-essed, but the activity is significantly higher than control at time of 3-7d, Co-mplex Ⅲ present aft er the first rise gradually decline in activity, but activity isalways higher than the c ontrol group.2、Repeat exercise group of mitochondrial enzyme complex enzyme activity und er a high intensity exercise group,Illustrate the mitochondrial electron transpo-rt cha in adaptations produced after repeated movement, conform to the repeated movement effe-ct.3、The changes of Enzyme complexⅠ、Ⅱ activity was Rising alternating,Tha-t exercise stimulates compensatory changes induced by electron transfer,The chang e of the electron transfer way to skeletal muscle mitochondria continuousaerobic met abolism,Thus reducing "energy crisis", accelerate the skeletal muscle damage.
