At the time of knowledge-based economy, knowledge management and knowledge sharing generally are applied in more and more modern enterprises and some non-profit organization(NPO).Moreover the undergraduates supported by knowledge also need pay attention and apply knowledge management and sharing. Knowledge sharing is the centre of knowledge management. Sufficient and efficient knowledge sharing can promote undergraduates memorizing, sharing and recreating knowledge better. Recently there are many researches on knowledge sharing. Most of them is about enterprises, but a few about colleges and universities. The group in colleges has different knowledge sharing characteristics from enterprises and organizations, such as the knowledge in undergraduate groups has more noncompetitive and less economic property, and they can more easily share knowledge with others. Today about higher education reformation is an issue highly focused on by global. And knowledge management and sharing of colleges has become an outstanding problem for higher education reformation in China. This thesis is about to discuss the situation of knowledge sharing among college class members. The Bandura society recognition theory is adopted as the explanatory basis of research model, which is very famous in psychology. Few of existing research on knowledge sharing use society recognition as the basic theory, which integrates personal factors with environment factors and has been adopted and verified to explain people’ behaviors by many institutes, as well as strong Theoretical power confirmed. This thesis applies Bandura society recognition theory into research on knowledge sharing, exploring how the “personal factors”: self-efficacy and “environment factors”: class atmosphere affect the knowledge sharing behaviors among members of college classes. Supposing, the class atmosphere from environment factors and self-efficacy from personal factors can affect the behaviors and environment factors also can affect personal factors. This thesis collects data by questionnaire surveys and interviews. The society study method is adopted to build the knowledge sharing network in classes and analyze society network index of members. For example, centrality and cohesion indexes will reflex the details of knowledge sharing. The multiple linear regression analysis method is applied to verify the entitle relational schema of this thesis. Then, the pivotal results is got and the corresponding discussion and explanation is done. The obtained research conclusions are followed:(1) The relationship of self-efficacy and class atmosphere affecting on knowledge sharing behavior is significant positive correlation, and the influence of environment factors on personal factors is existing. This empirical results verify the explanatory ability of SCT on knowledge sharing behaviors.(2) In the view of individual, the self-efficacy of undergraduates is positively related to the centrality degree in their class network, namely higher self-efficacy, more knowledge sharing behaviors with other members. As the student with higher self-efficacy is easier to offer knowledge.(3) In the view of collective, more cohesion degree of class knowledge network, higher standard of knowledge sharing behavior. Namely class members contact more tightly, knowledge is shared more and fuller. While clique phenomenon in class is relatively serious, the entire circumstance of class knowledge sharing will be hampered.
