| In the process of building an innovative country,the demand for high-level talents is increasing year by year in China.And the requirement for high-quality innovative talents is becoming higher and higher.There are responsibilities of cultivating high quality and high-level innovative talents for the country during education.Among them,improving the scientific research ability of postgraduates is the most important task for postgraduate training.and the level of ability also can measure the quality of graduate.Improving postgraduate’s scientific research ability,especially scientific research innovation ability,is a specific requirement for postgraduate training.And high-level scientific research innovation ability can be a driving force for enhancing the national innovation system.It is also an inevitable trend for the development of higher education in the country.At present,the resources of higher education in China are limited.Meanwhile tutor teaching mode has been unable to meet the needs of postgraduate training.Under such circumstances,it is imperative to cultivate postgraduates’ scientific research ability through other ways.The teachers and graduate students in research based on the formation of team training mode is the most common way during the learning process.By doing scientific research program,we find it is the best way to cultivate the scientific research ability of postgraduates.In this context,the influence of the team atmosphere formed by building the scientific research team for the graduate’s scientific research ability is discussed.On the basis of collation of relevant research results from domestic and foreign scholars,this paper first builds a model among team atmosphere relationship,knowledge sharing and research ability of graduate students,and the corresponding assumptions are put forward.Secondly,this paper takes graduate students as the research object.Through the statistical analysis of 462 valid questionnaires,the reliability and validity of team climate,knowledge sharing and postgraduate research capacity scale were tested.Then the team atmosphere has an impact on scientific research ability of postgraduates,which is tested by equation of structure.The resultsare as follows.Team atmosphere has a positive effect on knowledge sharing;knowledge sharing has a positive impact on graduate students’ research ability,;knowledge sharing plays an intermediary role in the team atmosphere and graduate research capacity.Finally,some characteristic variables of graduate students are used to analyze the influences about atmosphere,knowledge sharing and graduate research capacity,such as gender,the subject and the number of students who are belong to the same tutor,administrative duties of a tutor,doctoral supervisor or not,the times of instruction.Based on the above research,the concrete measures to improve the postgraduate’s scientific research ability are put forward.Innovation of this paper is: First,take the atmosphere of university research team as the starting point.Then discuss the impact on Postgraduate’s scientific research ability.This is a new idea for improving graduate student’s scientific research ability.It also enriches the scope of team atmosphere research.Second,study and measure the team atmosphere from the micro level of interpersonal relationship.This is of certain significance for the future research on the dimension of the team atmosphere.Third,we constructed a relational model among team climate,knowledge sharing and postgraduate research ability.Then this model also verified that knowledge sharing played an intermediary role between team climate and graduate research ability. |
