The Optimization Research Of College Counselors’ Ideological And Political Education Discourse

College counselors are the backbone of ideological and political education of college students,while the medium of their daily job is the ideological and political discourse. It is of great theoretical and practical significance to enforce the optimization of political and ideological discourse of college counselors.The generating mechanism of political an d ideological discourse of college counselors is different from that of other college worker s,which focuses more on the practical use with its own generating.operating mechanism a n-d influencing factors. Without the survey of its historical and current situation, we can’t do well with the optimization of political and ideological discourse. In my thesis,I listed t he history and current situation of discourse to analysis its nature,then put forward some p rinciple and method of its optimization.By doing these,I hope that it can make humble contribution to the efficiency of political and ideological education of college counselors, so as the overall construction level of college counselors.
