The Research Of Vocational Counselor's System Development And Team Optimization

The team of vocational college counselor, as a significant force in training of personnel, stabilizing of works, strengthening ideological and political education, advancing harmonious development do plays a very important role. However, for a long period of time and due to lack of team building, it produces some problems, such as staff not in proper positions, disorganized structure of work and over loaded personnel. Therefore, facing these undesirable current situation, and under the new education situation, we the student-workers have an urgent mission which is to utilize the optimization research in our counselor's team. By studying the existing various literature available, we find that the research in the vocational college counselors are relatively few. In view of this deficiencies, I tried to conduct a comprehensive investigation into the status of vocational college counselor and discuss problems based on it, also to make some comments and suggestions, and finally to provide reference for the optimization in our team research.There are literature researches, interview questionnaires, etc. and through reference of a counselor at each stage of historical development of literature. I also conducted survey of counselor team and made detailed analysis, and also proposed the development of countermeasures:From the national policy level-In order for the optimization team to produce positive results, we should perfect the counselor rules and regulation.From the vocational college level-We should change the concept to build counselor team optimization mechanism.From the counselor level-It is incumbent upon the optimization counselor team to improve our own quality.
