A Research On The Discourse Manner Of College Counselor's Ideological And Political Education

Since the reform and opening was carried out, China's socialist market economic has been keeping sustainable development. China is in a general background of economic globalization, culture multiplicity and information networking, which deeply influences our society structure. Also, the ideology has changed greatly. The prime moral code and values are facing seriously challenges simultaneously. Under the current situation, the ideological and political education of colleges and universities in China are facing a variety of new challenges and problems as well. These years, although great progress have been made in the field of political education, we still need to face with a great deal of challenge. Studying and discussing the way of speaking and expressing the political education, especially that for counselors in college, is an important part of both theoretical and practical aspects of the research in political education. It is also of great practical meaning for the development of the two aspects. Based on the related research results and personal counsellors'working practice, this text studies and discusses the way of ideological and political education of university counsellors. It discourses related concept, main characteristics and realistic condition, in which it puts forward the basic principles of discourse pattern innovation of university counsellors, main strategies and concrete methods. The full text is divided into four parts:The first part are some concepts relating to discourse manner of college counselor's ideological and political education.It aims to express the related concepts and connotations of college counselor's ideological and political education discourse manner, then explore and analyze the theory evidence of researching the discourse manner, on the basis of analyzing and concluding the essential implication of ideological and political education discourse manner.The second part is about the main features of the university counselors'discourse on the ideological and political education.This section summarizes in a related conception that the basis of the main features of the university counselors'discourse on the ideological and political education pattern namely are coordination, diversity and integration.The third part is about realistic conditions on mode of discourse of college counselor's ideological and political education. This section intends to clarify the current situation of college counselors' mode of discourse on ideological and political education, what constraints exist and what opportunities for their developments.The fourth part is the innovation of the discourse of ideological and political education of university counselors. From the aspects of basic principles of innovation, main strategy and specific methods, it puts forward the way to realize the innovation of ideological and political education of university counselors.
