The Study On Medical Students’ Career Planning Problems

The characteristic of medical students’ career development is long-term, hard-working and humanity. Do a good job in career development of medical university is concerned to medical education and sound development of health care in all over the country. On the basis of ideological and political education, this article is faced to empirical investigation of Fujian medical university students, using literature, interview and questionnaires etc, to master the primary information of the implementation of career development, situation of medical students and teaching satisfaction. Not only research and summarize the current situation and problems of career development of medical students in details, but also deeply analyze the causes of the problems. Finally, according to empirical investigation and theoretical analysis, this article puts forward to hold core Socialist values in leading position, strengthens the organization and management, promotes courses construction, complete the practical operation system, and constructs the concrete countermeasures of social support system, which makes a positive effect in career development of medical students.
