College Students Career Planning Problems And Countermeasures Research

Contemporary college students are the reserve forces for national development, the development of this group is related to the country's future and destiny, their growth is particularly important. The psychological state of students, university period has not yet stable, very different from middle school students to change the students'role and high school life and university life, makes many people confused and at a loss, their growth will also appear various problems.This article starts from the concept of college student occupation career planning, gradually into the connotation of college student occupation career planning, the definition of college student occupation career planning from, to analyze the influence factors, the factors to social factors were analyzed, and the conclusion.In the course of writing this article, I will focus on how to build the platform of occupation career planning of university students, from two aspects of subjective and objective factors analysis, found in college student occupation career problems, summarize the occupation career planning of university students to build a platform for the negative factors, pointed out that the deviation existing in university student occupation career planning in concept, attempts to propose and solve problems.The author attempts to integrate the system according to the problems, put forward countermeasures for education, improving college students'occupation career planning first, improvement of College Students'occupation planning strategy from the aspects of students, to understand students, students concerned about three aspects of in-depth, classmates, establishment of experimental group, one on one counseling and broaden the coach team, professional class teacher to student counselors will help students grow up; second, occupation career planning consciousness strengthen students understanding of counseling, from thought to change students'inherent, open up horizons of students more practice opportunities, at the same time, the problems were summarized, by way of questionnaire investigation to three students as the research object, the college student occupation career planning results; third, the establishment of the University of occupation career planning combined with ideological and political education training platform, to accelerate the growth of students training plan, a new era of students and more scientific system.Through the practice of education training platform and experiential education platform, train students the theory and practice of the skills, train students to become talents of all-round development, to promote college students and social integration.
