On the other hand, I analyzed it’s characteristic of training methods:training needs is clear, the set of training is reasonable, training evaluation is perfect, the supervision and communication methods is diverse. Above all, summarize the general characteristics of skiffington training model,and analyzed the possibility and advantage of this model develop in China in the view of cultural perspective.
