With the fast economic development, an increasing number of citizens payattention to the importance of physical fitness. Therefore, sport industry, as a sunriseindustry, is booming now. Zhida Tennis Club grasps this opportunity and developsrapidly. Through the current economic situation and reality of company’sdevelopment, Zhida Tennis Club reaches an agreement that the key factor ofmaintaining the club’s development and remaining competitive is to attach theimportance to the talent, which is related to the training of talent. Beginning from theestablishment of Zhida Tennis Club, they have been aware of the importance andurgency of staff training. However, since it is subject to subjective and objectivefactors, the establishment of staff training is stagnant, which affects the developmentof the club to some extent. This thesis focuses on the human resources training ofZhida Tennis Club. Through deep research and exploration, it provides the valuablereference and suggestions for the club staff training.Through reading a large number of related literature and possessing learninginterest, the thesis studies the domestic and international newest theoretical andpractical methods related to staff training. With the questionnaire method, the thesisconducts a deep research on the demand situation of club staff training, and combinedwith the training reality it makes related suggestions. The structure of the thesis is asfollows: the first chapter is introduction, which introduces the research background,research significance, research methods and fundamental research work of the thesis;the second chapter introduces the current situation of staff training of Zhida TennisClub and deeply analyzes the existing problems; the third chapter is the key chapter, which explains the project design and its implementation of staff training of ZhidaTennis Club; the fourth chapter provides the supporting methods for the projectimplementation of staff training of Zhida Tennis Club.Through the research of the thesis, we can get the following conclusion: First ofall, Zhida Tennis Club has the disadvantages of the system in the field of stafftraining, and club management fails to build up the good training concept. Therefore,the training work of the club suffers slow development. Secondly, the staff structureof Zhida Tennis Club is complicated. Training needs and design should take theindividual needs of staff into account. They should train staff in accordance with theiraptitude. At last, training methods and plan should present developing conditions ofsport industry and also combine with the trend of current tennis development.The research of the thesis has vital practical significance: The development ofZhida Tennis Club depends on the management of human resources, and perfectionof staff training system. Based on the real condition of the club training, the thesisexplores the disadvantages of the current training system and project. Combined withthe theory of human resources, it provides the best implementation project for thetraining of Zhida Tennis Club.
