By adopting many methods including Literature method, questionnaire survey method, interview method, analysis method of mathematical statistics and logical analysis, this paper makes a valuable research on the situation of sporting events hold by large enterprises for staff in Fuzhou. The results of the study showed that just a few large enterprises pay attention to the development of sports events and hold sports activities for employees regularly. And the main problems and difficulties for the most enterprises to hold sports activities are site equipment, funds and professionals. Many corporate managers have week sports consciousness, and just pay attention to the production and business operation, but ignore the workers’ sports development; Through making in-depth analysis to employees’ sporting events and research on staff responsibilities, we discover that the staff spots activities held by large enterprises can effectively enhance employees’ physical and mental health status, instill their conception of lifetime sports, and cultivate the exercise habit. What’s more, that can effectively consolidate and develop the enterprise culture and meanwhile promote its economic growth.In the end, on the base of current situations of holding employees’ sporting activities, this paper makes some suggestions as follow:every enterprise should notice and understand the significance and valuation of staff sporting events, build sports facilities, and make sure to successfully develop sports activities; the enterprises leaders should strengthen employees’ sports awareness, pay more attention to staff sports development and encourage staff to take an active part in the sports; recruiting sports professionals of teaching, social sports and physical art, etc can provide workers for other work and mainly for the physical needs, thus making reasonable use of human resources, developing staff sports and consolidating the enterprise’s core competition. At last, there are three main development modes of holding sporting events have been constructed:mode 1, the enterprise can hold enclosed sports activities for the workers inside; mode 2, multiple enterprises hold the open sports activities by cooperating with each other; mode 3, an individual enterprise or multiple enterprises entrust sports companies to hold the sports events. According to its own development status, every enterprise can construct a characteristic sports mode for staff which conforming to its conditions.
