Research On The Basketball Referees Status Quo And Countermeasure In Fujian Province

Basketball referees is an essential part of proceeding basketball match smoothly, so the development of basketball games has close connection with the support and improvement of concerned high level of basketball referees. In China, basketball tournament has gradually marketization and professional. In that condition,it is certain that basketball referees will become marketization and internationalization with the development of the society. In other words, improving the overall level of basketball referees is a powerful guarantee for basketball referee to enter into market and international.This study uses the methods of literature, questionnaire survey method, interview method and mathematical statistics, etc. It takes the basketball referees in Fujian Province as the research target to investigate the current situation of basketball referees. and to analysis the problems existing in the development of basketball referee teams, which proposed the corresponding countermeasures and theoretical reference to promote the development of basketball referees.The research results show that the basketball referees of Fujian province overall unreasonable structure of age and gender, as older, gender is given priority to with male, the female referees lack. Knowledge structure of English, computer, and the scientific research level needs to be improved. Fujian province basketball referees go out learning, less chance for in service training. Training appraisal system is not perfect, the lack of regular check. Related department leaders should create out for the basketball referee, training opportunity to learn more. Strengthen the cultivation of basketball referee and management, should formulate the relevant training system and strict enforcement of legislation, strengthen the cultivation of young basketball referees, tracking training, with old and new ways to promote the overall development of Fujian province basketball referee.
