Research On The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of Basketball Referees In Liaoning Province

Development of the basketball referee team in Liaoning Province in recent years,the overall is very rapid,however,referees in these business level and comprehensive quality and outstanding referee compared to still have a certain gap.To the last stage of the referee team in the province within the development of comprehensive and objective proposed form,in this paper will be based on the literature material and the questionnaire and mathematical statics method to analyze the situation of the province referees,time drawing lessons from successful experience of growth but also to the domestic and Foreign Basketball Referee in full,combined with the province of the basketball referee team in the actual condition of give the corresponding countermeasures,in order to promote basketball referee work stable and sustainable development.In Liaoning Province basketball referees have done meticulous research and analysis,find the root of the problem of the basketball referees in the hidden: Liaoning Province basketball referee team China home referees and other domestic provinces and cities are relatively small,between the basketball referee level gap is too big,the structure should be optimized.Liaoning province;basketball referees are mainly concentrated in Shenyang City,Dalian City,Fushun city and the three big city,and other areas of the province of the basketball referee level is relatively low,uneven development between the city;Liaoning Province basketball referees age generally at the age of 50,of which 36 years old-the number is 50 between the total proportion of 25.9%.So a lot of basketball referees can not apply for a higher level of the age structure of Liaoning Province basketball referee to young basketball referees in Liaoning province;although there are nearly 80% referees participated in the study and training,but the survey shows that 61.5% of the judges did not obtain the relevant certificate of English level,the overall English level of basketball referees is not high,which hinder the basketball referees high level competition,training and assessment system needs to be improved.And in the light of these problems,proposed in the modified measures,hope through the study of this paper can provide a favorable theoretical basis for the training of basketball referees in Liaoning Province,so as to promote the development of basketball industry in Liaoning Province.
