Research On The Coordinated Development Of Land Urbanization And Population Urbanization

After more than 30 years of rapid economic growth and rapid urban expansion,China's urbanization has made great achievements,and it has established the strategy of “new urbanization”.The coordinated development of population urbanization and land urbanization determines the quality and level of urbanization.As the core force of the economic development of the northern region,the city group of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei leads the new urbanization development more and more prominently.The scale and level of Beijing Tianjin Hebei region are quite different.The imbalance of regional economic development has hindered the development of new urbanization.Therefore,it is very significant to study the coordinated development of population urbanization and land urbanization in Beijing Tianjin Hebei region.Based on the previous research results,this paper combs the development status of urbanization in Beijing Tianjin Hebei region.Based on 2001-2016 years data,we use coordination degree method to calculate the coordination level of population urbanization and land urbanization in Beijing Tianjin Hebei region.And then,this paper evaluates the coordination between the urbanization of the population and the land urbanization in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei Region from the time,space,specific region.Finally,we use regression model and qualitative analysis to analyze the influencing factors of population land urbanization coordination in Beijing Tianjin Hebei region,and we draw the following conclusions:First of all,the coordination level in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei Region is quite different.The two large cities of Beijing and Tianjin are far ahead of all prefecture level cities in Hebei,no matter in the level of land and population,or in the coordination degree of the two.In addition,from the overall situation,each city land population urbanization coordination is increasing year by year,but the growth rate is differencet.The growth level of various cities in Hebei is higher than that of Beijing but lower than that of Tianjin.Secondly,the triangle region in the area of high coordination is usually concentrated in the Beijing Tianjin Tangshan Shijiazhuang.The spatial autocorrelation phenomenon of coordination degree is more obvious,and there is significant spatial spillover effect.The coordination ellipse stretches in the southeast direction,contracts along the northwest direction,and the whole ellipse presents a contraction state,and the distribution center gradually draws closer to the southeast.Finally,from the empirical point of view,the industrial structure and the income gap between urban and rural areas play a negative role in the coordinated development,and the fiscal revenue,economic development level and population density play a positive role.From a theoretical perspective,the influencing factors include two elements of land and household registration system,urban scale and carrying capacity difference,low land use efficiency and industrial structure imbalance.Based on this,this paper proposes the following policy recommendations: Firstly,deepen the reform of land system and promote the innovation of household registration system;Secondly,optimize the layout of cities and towns and enhance the ability of gathering;Third,upgrade industrial structure and attach importance to linkage development;Fourth,improve social security system and promote equalization of public services.
