Construction Of Jinan City Public Sports Service System Under The New Urbanization Of Small Towns Background

In recent years, new urbanization become a social hot topic, urbanization construction to become an important development strategy in our country. With the implementation of the new urbanization strategy, the existing public sports service system can’t satisfy the proportion of new urbanization stresses, to promote the development of new urbanization speed, to further improve public sports service system. Sports public service system in the process of urbanization as an important element should realize its problems in the development, adjust strategy deeply reflect on their own development. At present, the research on public services has become a hot spot, and for small towns studies of public sports service is almost blank.This paper takes the jinan small towns public sports service system as the research object. Through the way of numbering, random chapter grave, jiyang, Yin ping, shanghe four county towns, again to number four county towns, in each county randomly drew six towns of public sports service system, USES the literature material, questionnaire survey, mathematical statistics, the method of expert interview, field investigation, logic analysis, current situation of the construction of small towns in jinan public sports service system preliminary understanding.The results show that the jinan public sports service system exists a single activity project, single provider organization’s activities, facilities not perfect, the problem of insufficient funds. And analysis of these problems to find solutions, so as to improve the quality of the jinan public sports service system, promote and improve the jinan public sports service system. By the results of investigation in jinan small towns for the construction of public sports service system to provide some own views and opinions, for later the jinan small towns provide theoretical basis for the reform of public sports service system.
