Research On The Public Sports Service System Of Small Towns In Qixia City Under The Background Of New Urbanization

After releasing the National Fitness Plan(2016-2020)and the Outline of the Healthy China Plan 2030,people in our country has paid wide attention to the health.With the guidance of service-oriented government,the public service in China is gradually improving.As an important part of public service,public sports service plays a very important role in protecting the physical and mental health of people.Among them,establishing a mature and perfect urban public sports service system can improve urban residents' awareness of physical training effectively and promote the development of urban sports undertakings.With the promotion of the new urbanization strategy,constructing public sports service system is an important link to meet people's growing demand for sports services and to cooperate with the implementation of the new urbanization strategy.At present,relevant departments of many cities in China have been exploring and analyzing with good results,but there are few researches on the construction of public sports service system in small towns.In this paper,the public sports service system of small towns in Qixia city was taken as the object of investigation,and the methods of literature,mathematical statistics,expert interview,questionnaire,logical analysis and field investigation were adopted to conduct the research,so as to have an in-depth understanding of the current construction and development of the public sports service system of small towns in Qixia City.The results show that the public sports service system in Qixia lacked periodicity and continuity in the organization of sports activities,lack of social sports instructors,lack of sports facilities and public sports construction funds,the indicators of public sports performance evaluation were not scientific and the physical fitness monitoring service failed to benefit most residents,sports information propaganda was not in place,sports ecological construction was not perfect,sports policies and regulations weredifficult to implement and so on.According to the results of the survey,this paper provided some analysis conclusions and improvement suggestions for the construction of public sports service system in small towns in Qixia City.
