Research On The Construction Of Public Sports Service System Of National Characteristic Small Towns In Jiangsu Province

Characteristic small town is a breakthrough measure for the country to realize the new urbanization mode.22 small towns in Jiangsu Province have been selected into the national characteristic small town successively,and the construction of public sports service in Jiangsu Province has been in the leading position in the country.The research on the public sports service system of national characteristic small town in Jiangsu Province can not only meet the exercise needs of residents in the characteristic small town,but also promote the development of national fitness It can also provide reference and guidance for the construction of public sports service system in small towns.In this study,interviews,field visits and questionnaires were used to analyze the current situation of the construction of public sports service system in small towns with national characteristics in Jiangsu Province,find out the effectiveness and shortcomings of the construction process,and put forward corresponding construction strategies to promote the improvement and upgrading of the public sports service system in Jiangsu Province.The main conclusions are as follows:1.The construction of public sports service system in characteristic towns of jiangsu province is not only an effective way to realize the dream of making China a strong sports country,but also an urgent need for the improvement and development of many characteristic towns.It is also an important measure to coordinate social public sports resources and protect the basic sports rights and interests of the masses.2.The construction of public sports service system of characteristic towns in jiangsu province has the following advantages: 1.Secondly,the government of characteristic town attaches great importance to the construction of local public sports service system.Third,jiangsu province has created a good atmosphere for the construction of public sports service system for characteristic towns.3.Based on the investigation of the current situation of the public sports service system of the national characteristic small towns in Jiangsu Province,it is found that:first,the construction of the sports infrastructure of the characteristic small towns is relatively perfect,but the maintenance and maintenance of the sports infrastructure is poor,and the public satisfaction of the sports infrastructure service system is general;second,the public satisfaction of the sports guidance service system is also low,especially the professional level of the social sports instructor First,the sports information service system,the national physique monitoring service system and the sports organization service system are relatively perfect,and the public satisfaction is relatively high;fourth,the system security system is lack of local policies and regulations with strong pertinence;fifth,the supply and input security system still follows the traditional way,with the government as the leading role,and the supply channel is relatively single.4.The difficulties faced by the construction of public sports service system in Characteristic Towns in Jiangsu Province mainly include: poor management of sports facilities in the later stage,too single channel of sports funds,lack of balanced allocation of sports resources,The government pays too much attention to the number of social sports instructors and lacks control over their quality,and the lack of "characteristic" public sports policies and regulations in Characteristic Towns in Jiangsu Province.5.In view of the difficulties in the process of the improvement and construction of the public sports service system in jiangsu province,this paper puts forward some measures,such as the trial implementation of the small-town characteristics + tourism+ sports model,and the construction of the "featured" physique monitoring system,in the hope of providing assistance to the construction and improvement of the public sports service system in the small-town with jiangsu characteristics.This paper has 2 figures,19 tables and 68 references.
