The Research On The Constuction Of Indepedent Instutes’ Teaching Staff In Shaanxi Province

Since the emergence of independent colleges and universities at the end of the last century, it has been nearly 20 years of development, the country consists of 18 colleges and universities began gradually to 309 in 2011, students in 2670000 people, accounting for the total number of students in Colleges and universities in the proportion reached 20%, the data show that, independent college as part of the field of higher education in China, has become a force to be reckoned with, its existence and development for promoting the popularization of higher education in China has played an important role in promoting. This is a great achievement in independent colleges is nearly 20 years of development, we can not be ignored. But it is the beginning of the development, there are a lot of problems, despite its size and the number of a space for one person in the field of higher education, the teaching quality is a unavoidable defects and shortcomings, has become the bottleneck of the development of independent colleges to continue and stumbling block. The quality of teaching, the construction of the most direct reason is the most important is the construction of teachers’ team of teachers, good to the greatest extent to promote the improvement of teaching quality, and vice versa. For the construction of teaching staff, in the "national long-term education reform and development plan(2010- 2020)", the country has put forward clear requirements, we must follow the thought and way in the outline of the rapid development of teachers team, to reverse the current independent colleges construction direction, towards the establishment of a professional the characteristics of the times, and the teachers work.Based on the current situation of the building of the contingent of teachers of Independent Colleges in Shaanxi Province, combined with the new education policy, in the study based on the research results of other scholars, the system analysis from the development of construction of teachers in the independent colleges in Shaanxi province from five aspects. The first part: introduction; the second part: summary of the theory of teaching team construction in independent colleges; the third part: the analysis of present situation, problems of teachers team construction in Independent Colleges in Shaanxi province; the fourth part: analysis of the causes of teacher team construction in Independent Colleges in Shaanxi province is not perfect; the fifth part: strengthening the construction of teaching staff in Independent Colleges in Shaanxi Province, countermeasures and suggestions.
