Current Status And Optimization Measures Of Independent College Financing

With the times,Independent colleges,as a new force,are growing under the strong support of the state,It has played an inestimable role in solving the difficulties of some students and establishing and improving our higher education system,However,in the course of its development,the Independent Academy has also encountered many problems.Such as poor quality of sources,inadequate funding,however,the sustainable development of Independent colleges is closely related to the financial problem.Although the education fund of Independent colleges in our country has increased more than before,the increase is much smaller than the social demand for higher education,and cannot meet the requirements of the rapid development of Independent colleges.In order to solve this problem,we must strengthen the financing of Independent colleges,how to adopt multi-directional and multi-channel to broaden the financing channels,enhance the financing capacity has become the subject of my research.At present,scholars at home and abroad mainly focus on the research and analysis of fund-raising theory,very little involved in the concrete operation,the study of this is not much.This paper takes SW College as the research object.In the study,data survey,data collection.Since its establishment in 2001,its speed and scale of development have been amazing,but the college in the process of rapid development to face the outstanding financial difficulties,and the constraints in financing has not been clear and profound understanding.Through the analysis of the case,it is found that there are some problems in the financing of SW college,such as the lack of financing channels,the single way of financing,the high cost of financing and the unreasonable capital structure.The purpose of this thesis is to explore the financing problems it has encountered in the course of its development in recent years,and to find out a way of financing suitable for its own development in view of the present situation of the financing channels,to improve the effect of the use of funds so that our independent colleges can develop healthily and effectively.
