Professional is divided by categories of colleges and universities, but also the basic unit of training specialized personnel. To some extent, professional quality of education reflects the level of the local schools, and a reasonable structure, stable team of faculty is the basic guarantee for professional development.In the situation of the Hubei provincial department of education organized the undergraduate teaching qualified evaluation, statistical analysis the state of data for the 28 Independent Colleges 58 undergraduate professional "faculty" in this paper, and analysis of the problem on the basis of the experts about the faculty's qualitative evaluation, then puts forward a number of measures to the administrative department of education and administrators of the Independent Colleges for providing a reference for scientific decision-making.In addition to the introduction and conclusion part of the text is divided into five parts.The first part tries to elaborate the concept, characteristics and type of the Independent Colleges; and define the concept of the faculty associated with the part of the statistics.The second part is mainly based statistics on the evaluation results of the experts and the "The State Statistics report of Hubei Undergraduate Professional Teaching Qualified Evaluation" involved in the faculty, the statistical results are mainly three aspects:first, the overall faculty evaluations of the expert assessment; second, the evaluation results on team-building status, speaker teacher situation and the level of scientific research; third, the statistical results on team-building status, speaker teacher situation, the level of scientific research.The third part is mainly extraction problem based on analysis of the data. From the statistical results, the Independent Colleges faculty have some problems, such as construction planning is not specific and not implemented, team structure is not reasonable, speaker teachers are uneven, the overall research capability is not high.The fourth part is mainly attribution analysis. The fifth part tries to propose some strategies. Basis of logical reasoning, this paper tries to propose the "one plan, two goals, three mechanisms" strategies from the talent planning, talent introduction, talent use and talent management.
