The independent college is a new model appears in the higher education reform in China. Its biggest feature is that the school is not funded by the government's fiscal investment, and it is operated by private systems. As an independent college, there are many problems in the construction of the education faculty which has restricted the development of independent college. The construction of the education faculty is the decisive factors of the teaching quality and academic standards, therefore, strengthening the research on it has important practical meanings. This paper is divided into the following five components:The first part is the introduction. It explains not only reasons of the topic and the domestic and international research status, but also the ideas and methods in research and explains the core concepts in the topic. Independent College is cooperated by the colleges which provide bachelor degree or above education degrees and social organizations and privates.The second part is about the research perspective and the theory of human resource management. It explains the topic from the basic concepts of human resource management and the reference of which applied to the independent college of Human Resource Management.The third part is the comparative analysis of the construction of the teacher faculty of the two independent colleges of S University. This passage analyses not only the structure of faculty and students and the structure of teacher's type but also the faculty's age structure and their academic career and the faculty with different position.The fourth part is about the differences and causes that exist in the institute of teaching staff of the two independent colleges of S University. There are some analysis and comparisons of the two colleges, which include not only the human resources planning and job analysis and recruitment and teachers'training and development but also the performance management and benefits management. It also analyses the differences that exist in the labor relations from the perspective of human resources management.The fifth part is tactics and suggestions of the construction of the education faculty of the independent college. There are six measures: Firstly, strategic planning of the scientific development of human resources management. Secondly, improve the personnel recruitment system. Thirdly, establish a scientific mechanism to enhance stuff's professional development. Fourthly, promote continuous improvement and enhance organizational performance. Fifthly, implement the pay reform and motive the enthusiasm of teachers. Sixthly, optimize the external environment of human resources management in Independent Colleges.Ensure to enhance the quality and competitiveness of education Independent Institute Independent Colleges, we should build a stable and high-quality teaching staff.
