The implementation of the new curriculum reform and the new college entrance program to further enhance the ability of choice and the ability of career planning for students, tutorial system is a more effective education system was introduced to solve the “ordinary high school class system” and credit system in elasticity and the new college entrance program implementation challenges.The ordinary high school tutor system is necessary, if the implementation of the system, should be how to operate in order to be effective, the implementation of tutorial system will have what problem, how to deal with related issues, all of these need education theory experts and scholars to further study and discussion.Based on the reference of research achievements of the scholars, to Ningbo H High School of 154 students and 12 teachers as the research object, by using the methods of literature, investigation, made a survey and Analysis on the implementation of general high school tutor system, and the implementation of the ordinary high school tutor countermeasures system optimization concrete.After the research, the author believes that in the new college entrance examination under the background of new curriculum reform implementation in high school tutor system is necessary. But a lot of problems in the process of school tutorial system, the author from the school, teachers and students have summarized three aspects to implement the common problems in the process of tutorial system of high school, and analyze the deep reasons, and in the light of these problems in the school, teacher, the student three aspects put forward a series of proposals.
