The theory of man's all-round development is an important part of Marxist theory.The purpose of national education comprehensive reform is to innovate talent training methods,tap students' potential,and promote students' personality and all-round development.With the advancement of the comprehensive reform of education,the implementation of the new curriculum,the reform of teaching organization,the innovation of education methods,the personalized needs of students,the cultivation of students' comprehensive quality and the reform of students' evaluation mechanism,it is necessary to establish the corresponding education and teaching management system.In recent years,the national,provincial,municipal and other education departments have successively issued relevant documents and Implementation Opinions on education reform.The education reform should update the way of education,strengthen the comprehensive guidance for students,promote students' comprehensive and personalized growth,and lay the foundation for students' lifelong sustainable development.Student growth tutorial system is an innovation of education and teaching management system in the new era,new situation and new task.It guides students' all-round growth,helps them to set up lofty ideals,guides their studies,cares about life,dredges psychology and plans life.It is a comprehensive and personalized guidance for students and a management system that pays attention to the process of students' life growth.In view of this,C city actively promotes the education reform,reforms the curriculum system,innovates the teaching mode,strengthens the comprehensive guidance to the students,and explores and implements the full-scale tutor system.This paper attempts to take t middle school in C City as the research object,analyzes the problems existing in the process of implementing student growth tutor,and puts forward improvement strategies.Hope to provide reference for the same type of schools to implement the growth tutorial system,improve the quality of education,and provide some feasible reference for the healthy growth,all-round development,comprehensive quality improvement and lifelong sustainable development of ordinary high school students.This paper is divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction,which mainly expounds the research background and significance,research status at home and abroad,research ideas and research methods,innovation and shortcomings of the paper.The second part mainly studies the theoretical basis,policy evolution and school practice of student growth tutorial system.The theoretical basis of student growth tutorial system mainly includes the theory of all-round development of human beings,the theory of quality education,the theory of individual value and the theory of teaching students in accordance with their aptitude.The policy evolution of student growth tutorial system mainly explores the source of China's tutorial system,the origin and development of modern tutorial system.The national and local education administrative departments in the system of the implementation of tutorial system policy requirements..In the part of school practice and exploration of student growth tutorial system,it mainly studies the implementation of student growth tutorial system in local schools from the end of the 20 th century to the beginning of the 21 st century.The third part,taking t middle school in C City as an example,describes the basic situation of the implementation of student growth tutorial system.This part sorts out the general situation of high school education in C City,and combs the promotion and specific implementation of tutorial system in C City.All schools actively promote the comprehensive reform of education,explore new ways of education,and implement the growth tutorial system.This paper selects t middle school as a case study,introduces the overall situation of the implementation of student growth tutorial system,and the specific process of the implementation of the tutorial system.The fourth part analyzes the achievements and problems in the implementation of the student growth tutor system.The initial results are as follows: the tutorial system for students' growth promotes a more harmonious relationship between teachers and students;The tutor system of must establish the concept of integration of education,promote the integration of Ideological and political education in primary and secondary schools,and reconstruct the evaluation system of student growth tutorial system.
