The Problems And Countermeasures Study Of Primary And Secondary Schools’ Scientific Research Management In Hunan Province

Education research is an effective way to explore and understand the objective law of education. Education is indispensable to the scientific research, and education scientific research has a great role in promoting the development of education. Effective scientific research management is beneficial to the education scientific research smoothly towards the standardization, scientification, systematize. Scientific research management of primary and secondary schools has a positive role in promoting the sustainable development of the school and teachers’ professional development and the improvement of students comprehensive quality. However, a series of problems in the scientific research management are also exposed as the rapid development of scientific research in primary and secondary school.Mainly adopting the questionnaire survey and interview, this research handed out questionnaires, making spot interviews and telephone interviews for the primary and secondary school teachers and research managers in Hunan province. Through the analysis of survey data, a series of prominent problems existing in the scientific research managements in the elementary and middle schools in Hunan province, that is the imperfect of scientific research management system, the low efficiency of scientific research funds, and the low applications and conversion rate of scientific research, by analyzing the reasons, corresponding countermeasures are put forward: updating the concept of scientific research management of primary and secondary schools, redefining the feature and function of the education scientific research, increasing the investment, improving the efficiency, clarifying their duties, perfecting the system, building the security mechanism of scientific research application and perfecting the evaluation system of scientific research achievements.
