Problems And Countermeasures Of Scientific Research Management In Hunan Vocational Colleges

In order to improve the quality of training high tech talents and improve the integrating degree between the training of talents in schools and the needs of social talents,vocational colleges develop scientific researches greatly which becomes very important.However,the construction of scientific research management system is the key factor for the construction of scientific research power in vocational colleges.To change the current situation of the development of comprehensive quality of scientific research in vocational colleges,to build a management system suitable for the characteristics of vocational colleges is the urgent task to do.In this paper,100 teachers of 20 Vocational Colleges in Hunan Province have been investigated and analyzed on the present situation of scientific research management through the questionnaire survey.In combination with the author's own experience in vocational college education,the current problems in the research management of Vocational Colleges in Hunan Province are summarized.The main questions are that the scientific research management system is not sound and the scientific research management system is not perfect;it is not so good in attracting and training talents;and the coverage of cooperation with foreign countries is narrow;cooperative projects are few and scientific research management departments have low efficiency.Based on the conclusion of scientific research management problems,based on the related research results,this study puts forward a series of countermeasures and suggestions to improve the scientific research management of Hunan Vocational Colleges by combining the demand level theory,incentive theory and group dynamics theory with the scientific research management of vocational colleges.The countermeasures and suggestions are the following: in order to solve the problem of unbalance of incentive mechanism,determine the scientific r esearch orientation and establish the special scientific research team and improve the scientific research level,establish a standardized one-stop service scientific research management system,establish the cooperation platform of vocational colleges an d universities and establish the scientific research incentive mechanism with vocational college characteristics.The main idea of the countermeasure research is to deepen the advantages of the application of technical practice in Vocational Colleges in Hu nan,strengthen the construction of scientific research team,strengthen the construction of management mechanism of vocational college characteristics,and realize the sharing of scientific research personnel,project sharing and resource sharing through the cooperation platform of vocational colleges and universities.
