But now the teaching problems of the elementary school fine arts are worrying, regardless of family, social or teachers all ignored the childlike innocence of value, just blindly copy, instilled students a lot of adult theoretical knowledge.Value results, and ignore emotional expression. Art teachers have to cultivate children’s drawing interest, creativity and intellectual aspects of children’s art in innovative teaching methods teaching stage a significant impact, for example situation creation, experiment and practice, visits, etc.This paper studies how to create situations to introduce elementary school fine arts teaching students to drive sentiment, let the children to paint with emotion, to return to innocence of the art of teaching philosophy. Teachers will create out of the particular situation, encourage students exposure to the environment and real feelings, arouse students painting emotions, cognition and the emotional life together. This situation teaching not only improve student learning gains, but also to enable students to change the mental outlook. The main idea of the article is to identify problems, analyze and solve problems.
