Childhood, is the beginning of life;Childlike innocence, is the origin of the soul. Painting the innocence of children can be well represented, so teaching children painting not only monotonous professor techniques, but also to cultivate the spirit of the world’s children, aesthetic emotion based. But now the teaching problems of the elementary school fine arts are worrying, regardless of family, social or teachers all ignored the childlike innocence of value, just blindly copy, instilled students a lot of adult theoretical knowledge.Value results, and ignore emotional expression. At the elementary level, students’painting show their inner most real emotions. It is an important way for children to express their spiritual world,.Childlike innocence is the soul of Fine Arts. Art teachers have to cultivate children’s drawing interest, creativity and intellectual aspects of children’s art in innovative teaching methods teaching stage a significant impact, for example situation creation, experiment and practice, visits, etc.This paper studies how to create situations to introduce elementary school fine arts teaching students to drive sentiment, let the children to paint with emotion, to return to innocence of the art of teaching philosophy. Teachers will create out of the particular situation, encourage students exposure to the environment and real feelings, arouse students painting emotions, cognition and the emotional life together. This situation teaching not only improve student learning gains, but also to enable students to change the mental outlook. The main idea of the article is to identify problems, analyze and solve problems. Regression analysis of situational teaching and research and development status of innocence, innocence and clarify the concepts of situational creation. Since elementary school fine arts teaching ignore the innocence of importance, so the situation applied to the art of teaching in the classroom and teaching practices combined with specific cases to be solved in elementary school fine arts teaching innocence missing. I hope this study will help stimulate children’s interest in drawing, rich theoretical study of the current elementary school fine arts teaching, guiding and teaching practice and reference..
