About 419 vocational school students took part in the study. The questionnaire included: Teenagers Resilience Scale; Social Support Rating Scale and Simple Coping Style Questionnaire. This study analyze the characters and effects of vocational students’ resilience, social supports and coping style. The results of the study as follows:⑴ There are significant difference on gender among the resilience, social support and coping style of vocational students.⑵There are significant difference on individual power dimensionality(the factors of target focus, affect control, positive cognition). There are significant difference on town and country of the negative coping factor of coping style.⑶ There are significant difference on grade between the factors of target focus and positive cognition of the vocational students’ resilience.⑷ The vocational students’ helping-seeking and social support of resilience show us the significant negative correlation. The resilience and positive coping show us the significant negative correlation. The social support and positive coping show us the significant positive correlation.⑸ The step-wise regression analysis result of social support and coping style of resilience include: The social support has the predictive effect on the individual power of resilience. The dimensionality of social support could joint forecast 1% amount of variability of individual power, 1% amount of variability of support power; The positive coping of coping style has the significant predictive effect on the resilience. The dimensionality of coping style could joint forecast 15% amount of variability of individual power, and he dimensionality of negative coping could forecast 6% amount of variability of support power.
