The Application Research Of Community Work Intervention For Urban Community Complex Service

The deepening of urbanization, urban resident population surge bring opportunities and challenges for the transformation and development of the community construction,to relieve the contradiction between supply and demand.The concept and patterns of new community service——Urban Community complex pilot construction,though, brings benefits to community residents,at the same time there are still a lot of problems.This article used LUZHOU TIANLI community complex as the research object,based on early observation and interview method to collect relative information of this complex, and fond out the specific problems in the process of service in the community complex, then analyzed the reason of these problems.By analyzing the problems of complex services, combined with the intervention of social work perspective, this paper analyzed the necessity and feasibility of the intervention with social work method in community service. After specifying the goals of intervention and establishment the relations of community, Finding and training community backbone is step 1. In the intervention process, the author used more dimensions and the principle of practice under empowerment theory to increase the community participation and organizational activities of the cadreman. Then, the author provided advocate guidance during the activities of organization. Finally, the situations of the community service were improved. This paper evaluated the significance of the intervention in community work after thinking deeply and objectively.
