Study On The Problem Of Community Residents' Self-government

Lately after the establishment of New China, our country had gradually built up themanagement system of based on "sub-district offices system" in the city basic-levelsociety. Along with the process of the reform of market economy system, the managementsystem which is attach to planned economy system is disintegrating, communityresidents' self-governance is developing in the process of the city community construction.As the direct democracy for the city residents to participate the social affairs managementat the grassroots level, community residents' self-governance mainly includes democraticelection, democratic decision-making, democratic management and democraticsupervision. Residents' participation is also embodied in the 'four democracies'. This textmainly passes to the investigation and analysis of the Fuzhou Sanfang Communityresidents' participation, so as to discuss the restricted factor of residents' participation,and put forward perfect residents to participate the countermeasure of the communitymanages, make the condition of the community residents' autonomy get an improvement.
