Social Workers Promote Residents To Participate In Community Governance Research

With the continuous deepening of China's social system reform,community governance has become an important part of the current reform,and the degree of community residents' participation in community governance is of great significance to community construction.Therefore,establishing the dominant status of community residents and enhancing the sense of belonging of the community can better promote the participation of residents and the development of the community.Social workers play an important role in promoting residents' participation.When social work is gradually extended to the community,how social workers use their expertise to make the community residents understand community governance,and how to promote residents to participate in community governance,this is a question of academic research.This study takes the community-based service socialization project of the Z community in Jinjiang as an example,and uses structural functionalism,community resistance theory and advantage perspective theory as the theoretical basis to summarize and analyze the literature on community governance at home and abroad.First,the Z community Introduce the relevant situation of Z,and analyze the framework of Z community governance,the effectiveness of residents 'self-government and existing problems,and have an overall understanding of the status of Z community governance;secondly,analyze the project overview and project implementation process,and Describe the effectiveness and analyze the dilemma existing in the process of social worker intervention;then,based on the analysis of the community and the project,reflect on the role and role of the social worker in promoting residents to participate in community governance,and finally,summarize based on the research,Put forward some policy suggestions for social workers to promote residents 'participation: 1.Strengthen the cultivation of social workers and promote the construction of social workers' talent team;2.Strengthen community publicity and enhance residents 'awareness of community participation;3.Focus on residents' cultivation and explore new ways for residents to participate in governance Effectively promote the participation of residents in the community and provide relevant experience.This article also has deficiencies in the research process.The theoretical analysis,the use of research methods,and the lack of practical experience all make this article more or less shortcomings,which still need to be improved and perfected.
