Xinjiang is located in the northwest border of the motherland, is a vast territory, multi-ethnic, multi-lingual, multi-cultural areas. Due to a variety of factors,geography, politics, national culture, the development of a large gap with the mainland. Economic and social development in Xinjiang important constraint is the educational backwardness, lack of talent through. "Bilingual" education is the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region Party Committee, People’s Government response to a major strategic decision made by the public.Promoting "bilingual" education is to improve the quality of minority education, an important measure to improve the overall quality of the various ethnic groups, is a historical choice of minority education development in our region, is the masses into the modern needs of the objective reality of social life, but also the common development of all ethnic groups common progress, the only way for common prosperity, for the construction and development of Xinjiang to achieve the objectives of our region and the national synchronized building a moderately prosperous society of great strategic importance.Under the policy guidance of the party and the government, Bilingual Education flourish made great achievements, bilingual education policy system of continuous improvement, investment continues to expand bilingual education,bilingual education teaching staff continue to strengthen bilingual education in the form of increasingly diverse scientific, educational expanding.At the same time,found that in practice there is a vague awareness of the bilingual education policy of attitude is not correct understanding of bilingual education, bilingual education students had misunderstood the uneven development of bilingual teachers and other issues.The author from the ideological and political education as the starting point,reflect on the existing problems and puts forward some suggestions, in order to provide reference and Enlightenment for the development of bilingual education in Xinjiang.This paper consists of five parts:The first part introduces the research background, significance and methods of the present topic, sort of bilingual education scholars fruits of development. Through its own methods of practice for Bilingual Education in field research.The second part describes the concept of policy development related to Bilingual Education and bilingual education, bilingual education and to identify the relationship between ideological and political education.The third part describes Bilingual Education in the development process, the status quo(teachers and students) Bilingual education body to conduct a comprehensive investigation and analysis.The fourth part, from the ideological and political awareness of the dimensions of bilingual education starting to find out the problems, mainly from the teachers, the students thinking and understanding point of view, to find bilingual education in terms of thinking and understanding exist.The fifth part, combined with the third, the four part of the investigation and analysis, and puts forward some suggestions and Countermeasures of bilingual education in Ideological and political perspective of existence.
