Dilemma Analysis And Solutions Of Independend College’Development From The Perspective Of Governmental Management

Holding independent college is a new attempt of developing higher education in China. Since the late 1990 s, in a short span of more than ten years, the rapid development of the independent colleges, to a certain extent, alleviate the scarcity of our country’s higher education resources to the development of China’s higher education has carried on the beneficial exploration, the realization of education fairness in the new situation has played an important role. At the same time, it is also about the function of government education administration to exercise and put forward the new requirements.Independent college as a new thing in its early stage of development, the connotation of the construction, management system, financing, school-running orientation, etc, inevitably there are some problems, which requires the government to guide and coordinate the development of its, service and supervision. But the present stage our country government management of the independent college related laws and policy is still not sound enough, weak supervision and management function, at the same time, the independent college itself also has some shortcomings, this will cause the plight of independent college development. These difficulties can be resolved about prospects of the development of independent colleges, will have a huge impact on the connotation construction and extension of independent colleges.This thesis uses the empirical research method, through literature analysis and comparative study, based on the government’s higher education management functions as the breakthrough point, the comprehensive combed the independent college’s development and the status quo, analysis of the predicament of the development of independent colleges, based on the analysis of actual case studies, and the successful experience of western private schools, and combined with China’s national conditions, this paper discusses the basic idea of independent college education, value principle and school-running idea, put forward related countermeasures to resolve the plight of independent college, is a meaningful exploration for the healthy development of independent colleges in China.
