We analyzed the S village society culture’s influence on the family status of husband and wife, studied the differences of couples personal affairs decision-making and control, the differences of the family development decision-making and control, and the differences of the cognition of family status. Although the differences still exist in the field of marriage and family rights and status between husband and wife, the satisfaction in family marital is higher in S village. The main factors influencing the marriage family status of husband and wife include the social culture, cognition of family role, family economic contribution, social status, etc.
