Astudy On The Attornment Andtransfer Of Power Between Husband And Wife

The relationship between husband and wife has always been concerned by the society,but most of the domestic research on the relationship between husband and wife focuses on the field of marriage,lack of research on the power relationship between husband and wife before marriage,and the research object is the absolute subject of female group,which is relatively lack of male perspective.The wedding ceremony,as an important part of the family ceremony,means the beginning of a new family.This paper uses qualitative research methods to collect information on married young couples in L County seat by semi-structured interviews and observations to discuss their attornment of power during wedding ceremony planning and the transfer of power after marriage.According to the results of the data analysis,the main findings are as follows:1.According to the content of the wedding planning affairs,the attornment of power is to show the "bride beauty" affairs,individual affairs,family affairs,piecemeal things,etc.,the attornment of affairs presents gender differences.Among them,men will be allowed to show off the beauty of the bride,the individual and family affairs of the bride and the purchase of related odds and pieces;while the women will let the affairs that the man should do,the affairs that are not related to the display of the "bride beauty" and the matters that must be followed in the traditional marriage customs.2.According to the intention of the wedding plan to attorn,the attornment type of power is divided into active transfer and passive transfer.The party who voluntarily attorns will voluntarily give the right to speak and decide to the other party,play the role of the participant,and be willing to stay out of it.This kind of active attornment and personality traits,modern marriage concepts and the ability to trust a partner's qualifications.The passive attornment party compromised with the other party for the purpose of “breaking into the door” and the concept of “two families” and objective conditions.3.For women who actively attorn power in wedding planning,three wives have increased power after marriage and the two wives have weakened power.Among the three wives who have increased their power,one of them has higher marital satisfaction,which is in line with expectations,but there are also cases where the two buddies have lower marital satisfaction.This is because they discuss and agree on some technical aspects with their husbands.Things that are not familiar to them,such as related procedures or business,repair and maintenance,etc.,require more energy for the wife to make decisions.This reduction in marriage satisfaction does not stem from dissatisfaction with the relationship between husband and wife,but Because of their own tiredness of family affairs.Among the two wives whose powers weakened,one had lower satisfaction with marriage,which was in line with expectations,but there was also a situation in which a wife's marriage satisfaction was higher because the husband's affirmation of his wife's housework helped his wife to improve marriage satisfaction.The husband's praise has a positive strengthening effect on the wife's housework,which also deepens the wife's feelings for her husband.4.For women who passively attorn power in wedding planning,three wives have increased power after marriage and the two wives have weakened power.Among the three wives who have increased their power,one of them has higher satisfaction with marriage,which is in line with expectations,but there are also cases where the two husbands have lower marriage satisfaction because the husbands of the two wives are in a state of absence from the family.Although the wife obtained most of the decision-making power of the family because of her husband's transfer,the sense of gain of increased power could not compensate for the loss of companionship.Among the two wives whose powers weakened,one had lower satisfaction with marriage,which was in line with expectations,but there was also a situation in which a wife's marriage satisfaction was higher,because for this wife,the two worlds where husband and wife live together The pattern was reconstructed due to the arrival of the child.As a novice mother who likes children and always expects their children to come,when the mother's sense of acquisition and satisfaction offset some negative emotions in marriage,she is full of hope for future life.The above research findings show that the relationship between the attornment of female power,transfer and marriage satisfaction after marriage is very complicated,not a simple linear relationship of one-to-one correspondence.Under different situations and conditions,the nature of these relationships is different.
