Research On Employment Anxiety Of Graduate Students Majoring In Social Work In X Colleges In Xinjiang

With the rapid development of society,various social problems and contradictions have surfaced.Social work that provides professional services has entered people's attention as a profession,and has received attention.With the development of society,social work education of different forms and depths is also developing vigorously.The continuous expansion of postgraduate enrollment in China has led to a simultaneous increase in the number of graduate students in social work.However,due to the late start of social work education in China and the low social recognition,it is difficult to choose graduate students in social work,and the pressure comes from their research and employment.This may lead to an increase in personal anxiety and cause more Serious psychological problems.Taking the social work graduate students of Xinjiang X University as the research object of this paper,the questionnaires and anxiety assessment were selected to examine the three basic situations of graduate students: personal basic situation and learning career and anxiety.Obtain data on social work graduate students' learning and career selection data,further study and analyze the elements of anxiety and related psychological influences,establish effective countermeasures and suggestions based on this data or conclusions,decompress the social work graduate students,and promote postgraduate psychology.healthy growth.Through the statistical description and analysis of the questionnaire data,the results are as follows: The comprehensive level of comprehensive anxiety of graduate students is high.Through one-way data analysis,the results show that: gender,grade,hukou nature,only child situation,professional practice of evaluation,evaluation of graduate life The expectation of future work and the degree of professional connection,whether there is internship experience,affecting anxiety scores;finally,based on the survey results,the causes of employment anxiety problems of social work graduates are analyzed from three aspects: policy,society,school and individual.And put forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions.
