With the rapid development of urbanization and modernization, social problems and social contradictions are emerging constantly, and the professional talent demand from the society towards the social work is bigger and bigger. But now the social work is in the state of specialization walking in front of professionalism, lacking of specialized professional jobs of the professional social work. Meanwhile the master-degree graduates increasing year by year, social economic structure in the transitional period, these factors have led to the social workers and the master-degree graduates facing huge pressure of employment. The employment pressure brings the employment anxiety extremely easily, eventually it will not conducive to the effective utilization of talent resources of social work. Social worker is known to play an important role in solving social problems, so alleviating the employment anxiety of the social workers and masters, playing the role of social workers are of great significance to promote the national harmonious development.In previous literature, the author found that few scholars research the professional identity as the influence factor of employment anxiety. The social work specialty, which emphasis on professional values, professional identity for the influence of students’employment choice cannot be underestimated. Hence this study aims to explore the relationship between the employment anxiety and the professional identity of the social work masters, and through this expecting to rich the study of the influence factors of the employment anxiety. At the same time most scholars researched it from the perspective of psychology on the strategies of alleviating employment anxiety, so the author is trying to put forward the employment anxiety intervention plans from the perspective of social work on the basis of studying the relationship between the employment anxiety and the professional identity.This study in order to avoid the regional differences, mainly takes the social work postgraduates in the east China area as the research object. The employment anxiety questionnaire adopted is mainly based on Ren Huajuan’s anxiety questionnaire which is created by herself in her master’s thesis, questionnaire using structural equation model and the reliability and validity detected very good. The professional identity questionnaire is mainly a questionnaire the author finished on the basis of consulting the predecessors’ questionnaires; the self-made questionnaire mainly includes four parts:professional emotion, professional reputation, professional expectations and professional values, using the Likert five-point scale form to collect data. At the same time, because of professional identity belongs to the category of the attitude, and explicit attitude and implicit attitude are usually separate, so in order to make up for the shortage of the questionnaire data, the author takes the IAT, implicit attitude measurement tools of the professional identity. The writing of the IAT of the professional identity is largely based on the scholar Hu Zhihai’s article "The study of relationship between the personality types and professional identity of the college students". Research results show that:The master of social work graduates whose employment anxiety level is higher, and lower professional identity.1. Through Pearman correlation analysis on the basis of collecting data, there exists significant negative correlation between the employment anxiety and social work professional identity.2. The IAT experimental results show that the professional identity in the implicit and explicit is inconsistent. Finally, the paper puts forward the social work intervention strategies on the basis of the analysis, including case work, group work and macro social work methods.
