The relationship between teachers and students is the most important and most fundamental relationship in kindergarten.It has been closely watched in the field of education theory and education practice. As the main body of the kindergarten two division of young relationship between teachers and children is a special kind of relationship between teachers and students. Teacher-children relations of the state will directly affect the quality of kindergarten education teaching.With the transformation from traditional society to modern society, the traditional teacher’s authority and "be born low" shake the relationship between teachers and students and the teachers and students growing conflict phenomenon. The teacher-children relationship is the most fundamental and most important relationships in kindergarten. teacher-children interaction status will directly affect the quality of education and teaching in kindergarten. The teacher-children interaction has not only its harmonious and consistent aspects but also divergent and conflicting aspects. The so-called teacher-children confliction is caused because of differences in values, goals, resources and other aspects. It leds to direct and public opposition, confliction and the interaction of mutual interference. At the same time, the negative emotional reaction is accompanied by marked. The teacher-children interaction is the core element of kindergarten education in the interaction of teachers and children. However, as the confliction of a special form of teacher-children interaction solution is good or not will directly affect the education idea, education plan, education target and educational programs of the implementation. The traditional view is that the teacher-children confliction is the performance of the improper education teaching, and it is harmful. But in recent years, more and more scholars believe that, due to the special physical and mental development of children, teacher-children confliction is not without its positive side. The appropriate teacher-children confliction has an important role in promoting children’s cognitive, emotional, social and harmonious relationship between teacher and etc.. Therefore, teachers should use the opportunity of teacher-children confliction, using appropriate coping strategies in order to better promote the healthy growth of children.The article combed the research status quo of the current teacher-children conflict. Teacher-children conflict phenomenon and its current response to the preliminary analysis by observation and interview. Finally, the author from the teachers themselves, the number of class children, to strengthen the training of teachers, and to cultivate and improve children’s self-control four aspects analyzes attribution. The preschool teachers should constantly improve their own quality and emotional control ability, and seriously reflect on the conflict in time and summary, etc. We will strictly control class capacity, small class teaching as far as possible; Countries and kindergarten for preschool teachers’ pre-service and post-career training; Teachers should help children develop and improve self-control. The author hope these strategies to help reduce young conflict happen, improve teachers’ ability to cope with the conflict, make the teacher-children establish a good relations, enable children to live in the spirit of harmony environment growth and the healthy development of body and mind, have a happy and meaningful childhood kindergarten.
