With rock climbing entering the 2020 Tokyo Olympic Games,its social attention and influence are continuously increasing.The rock climbing crowd in primary and secondary schools and colleges is an important part of exporting talents to the society.However,the development of rock climbing in colleges and universities is uneven,and the teaching content and class hours vary from college to college.However,the main task is to strengthen students' learning of climbing skills and improve their climbing ability.How to make students master sports skills quickly in limited teaching time is the key to solve the teaching problems of rock climbing.In order to improve the teaching efficiency,this research innovatively developed the combination exercise of ropes and marker poles,and applied it to the teaching of climbing techniques in the general climbing courses in colleges and universities,so as to promote students to master climbing techniques faster and better in a limited time,form sports skills,improve the teaching efficiency,increase the classroom atmosphere and students' interest in learning,and provide theoretical basis and practical guidance for the teaching reform and innovation of climbing courses in colleges and universities.This paper uses the basic research methods of literature,questionnaire,experiment and mathematical statistics to clarify the relevant concepts and sports skills learning theory in rock climbing teaching.It makes a specific analysis of the teaching content,teaching methods and means,climbing technical characteristics and common problems in rock climbing teaching in colleges and universities,expounds the effect of induced exercises on skills learning,and designs a series of action exercises by combining ropes and marker bars and other basic teaching equipment.A total of 30 students from two groups of social sports 2018 students in Hunan Sports Vocational College were studied experimentally.The purpose is to verify the experimental hypothesis and provide practical proof for the research.The following conclusions are drawn:(1)The design of rope and sign pole combination exercises closely revolves around the technical characteristics of rock climbing,and is based on the learning theory of sports skills.It integrates the teaching concept of induction exercises,combining decomposition with integrity,and combining difficulty reduction with difficulty increase.The specific methods embody the design principles of induction,pertinence,diversity,interest,competitiveness,etc.The reasonable use of teaching venues and equipment enables students to increase their own ability to control center of gravity and proprioception,enhance their understanding of climbing technical movements,improve the way of movement force generation,prevent the occurrence of wrong movements,and more effectively improve the learning efficiency of students.(2)Rope marker rod combination exercises can effectively improve the students' ability to control their own center of gravity and sense of movement by reducing difficulty,combining movements,limiting spatial positions,marking movement targets and other ways,and guiding the design of teaching methods by using the principle of induction,thus promoting the mastery of rock climbing skills.(3)Rope marker rod combination exercises have clear target directivity and systematic movement exercises.According to the technical characteristics of rock climbing,modular technology teaching is adopted and targeted exercise arrangements are made to enable students to establish correct movement conditioned reflex and form good movement skills.(4)Rope sign pole combination exercise can make students gradually adapt to climbing height,dilute fear and enhance students' self-confidence,thus effectively overcoming the fear of climbing height and improving climbing performance.At the same time,it can enrich the practice content,stimulate students' interest in learning and activate the positive effect of classroom atmosphere.
