Under the great pressure of the examination-oriented education,most teachers use the traditional teaching method,neglecting the students' physical and mental development,which results in low teaching efficiency.Middle school Chinese new Curriculum Reform stressed that teachers should make students foremost and pay attention to students' all-round development.Li Zhenxi's "Shared" education idea likes a refreshing breeze.Under the guidance of democratic ideas,Li Zhenxi emphasizes sharing with students in the teaching.It provides possibility for us to change the present situation of language and literature teaching.The author mainly emphatically analyzed the characteristics of the "Shared" education idea and the behind principle and discussed the lack of "Shared" education idea and its improvement in details using action research method and case analysis.Causing people to think deeply about it and then improve teachers' teaching methods and update education concept.This paper is divided into four parts.The first part was mainly about the analyses and definition of Li Zhenxi's "Shared" education idea.Also,it discussed the meaning of“shared” education concept from two aspects : theory and practice.The”shared”classes overwhelmingly prominent students' position;The second part mainly analyzed three metaphors of "Shared" education.This article used vivid metaphors to show the features of the "Shared" education idea and further analysed these features combining with the teaching activity of Li Zhenxi."teahouse" Shared,"buffet" shared and "symphony" shared reflect the freedom and democracy,equal communication,respect,compromise,etc.Students and teachers gain the nutriment of knowledge together.As teachers explaining in depth,students would enjoy the spiritual shock and create open and harmonious language classroom together with the teacher.The third part mainly analysed the principles of "Shared" language classroom structures from theory.Li Zhenxi was deeply influenced by Su Huom linsky,Ye Shengtao and Tao Xingzhi,these outstanding educationists,putting students in the prominent position.He thought: education,firstly is "humanism".True education is the "soul" of education.It emphasises on teachers and students' common spiritual shock.Teachers should dedicate the whole heart to students,on the basis of love promoting better growth of students;Teachers should also make full use of students' the zone of proximal development.It is students who structure the knowledge.So instead of accepting knowledge passively,they should learn actively.The fourth part mainly discussed the enlightenment of Li Zhenxi's "Shared" education idea.On this part,this article firstly analyzed the "Shared" education's enlightenment to Chinese teaching.Chinese language education makes students foremost.It is necessary to lead Chinese learning into our life;Secondly,it objectively analyzed the shortage and improvement of the "Shared" education idea;Finally this paper discussed the "Shared" education's enlightenment to teachers' professional development.As a Chinese teacher,they should continuously improve their Chinese accomplishment,respect students,good at reading and writing,learn to think,dare to criticize.
