The fair of classroom interaction between teachers and students refers to teachers and students fully establish the relationships of cognition, emotion, attitude and so on in classroom teaching situation through exchange and cooperation, communication and understanding by both sides, teachers provide different students with their appropriate development ways and equal opportunities for interaction to make their potential play to the largest degree and to obtain the maximum level of academic success. In this article,through classroom observations and interviews, we found that the current problems existing in the primary school classroom interaction between teachers and students fair mainly concentrated on the seat, position, gender, grade and family background of students. The causes of the unfair in primary school classroom interaction between teachers and students are in different levels. At the social level, the causes are the negative impact of unhealthy practices, local government and competition mechanism;At the school level, the causes are the singleness of education evaluation criterion and the limitation of the class teaching system; At the aspect of teachers, teachers’ personal quality is not high, teachers have fuzziness in understanding the fair of classroom interaction between teachers and students and the “label effect” has adverse effects; At the students’ level, the personalities and intelligent structures of students are different.Based on the above reasons and the fair problems of primary school classroom interaction between teachers and students, we can begin from the following aspects to solve the fair problem. Firstly, the government should increase investment in education and promote the construction of small class teaching; Secondly, the school should establish a diversified evaluation system and the construction of teachers’ self evaluation system, and should optimize the seating arrangement, carry out stratification teaching,strengthen teachers’ ethics construction; Thirdly, the teachers should standard the understanding of the fair of interaction between teachers and students, improve teachers’ teaching ability, avoid the adverse effects of “label effect”, and establish a reasonable teachers’ expectation and appreciating education.
